We are pleased to announce the CNRS autumn school “Experimental data in social sciences and humanities: Meta-analysis methods” which will take place from 8 to 10 October 2025 in Tourcoing (near Lille), France.
Meta-analyses are considered one of the most reliable methods for synthesizing evidence and resolving discrepancies among individual study results. This makes them particularly valuable for strengthening confidence in scientific conclusions.
This autumn school aims to train experienced and early-stage researchers in the methodology of meta-analyses applied to the social sciences and humanities. It targets researchers working with experimental data in fields such as psychology, language sciences, and behavioral economics, though not limited to these.
On behalf of the organizing committee, Anahita Basirat and Charlotte Baey (chairs)
